Our Returns Policy

We realise that buying online, your computer screen may not show exactly the same colours as ours. There for we have decided to offer an easy returns policy.

You can return anything you buy from us for any reason at all within 60 days from the date we dispatch it to you.

There will be no questions asked, and we will refund your money, or exchange any item as soon as we have it back.

You must return it in the condition and packing you received it in. We will not accept returned items that have clearly been used, i.e. if they smell of smoke or perfume.

You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we recommend you use a Recorded or Special service as we can not be responsible for items that go missing en route. Royalmail is a good option.

TO REPEAT, IF YOUR RETURN DOESN'T REACH US, IT IS NOT OUR FAULT !


Recorded services can be as little as 68p extra.

For returns with a value of £40 or more it may be worth investing in a Special Delivery service or a courier service as the level of potential compensation from Royal Mail/a courier in event of loss is higher. You can check www.royalmail.com for more details.

If you don't have access to a printer, just include your paperwork, but contact us first.

For CUSTOM ITEMS. The returns policy is the same. However please bear in mind that 20% of the cost of MADE TO ORDER items is an admin fee and is therefore non-refundable.

If you are in a hurry, and want to exchange something quickly, you can place a new order and then send the other item back for a refund. (at busy times it can take up to 7 days to process your returned item and dispatch an exchange - but we usually do it much quicker)
